Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and sent to you via your chosen method (bank transfer, store credit, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.
